Signature Life & Health Carnival is the Largest Educational and Interactive Event in Eugene where Seniors can Learn About Critical Services for Healthy Aging

Over 50 vendors will have interactive displays and events for carnival attendees to gain knowledge about critical local services designed to help boomers and seniors navigate the sometimes complicated aging process.

Eugene, Oregon – The first annual Signature Life & Health Carnival, which takes place on April 25th at the Lane Events Center, aims to educate attendees about aging gracefully while having fun.

“We are so excited to bring more awareness to all the great services for the elderly community in Eugene,” says Sue Ellison, Community Outreach Specialist for Signature. “Each of the vendors we have invited to attend the Signature Life & Health Carnival will have educational information about services that can help seniors enjoy a fun and comfortable life.”

Vendors range from health care providers such as Avamere Health Services and Good Samaritan to companies like Tamarack Aquatics Center, Pearl Day Spa, and The Blazing Paddle Ping Pong Club.  Signature Services, a provider of home health and hospice, is organizing this event to empower baby boomers and seniors when it comes time to make critical decisions about their future which includes deciding whether to move into a new home, the range of services available to help with healthy aging, and planning for unexpected changes.

“We hope we can provide some education to our community and have some fun all in the same day,” says Ellison. “We have activities at each booth, the Elks and Avamere will host BINGO, while Quail Park Memory Care is doing flower arranging, and Signature Hospice will give away two bucket list prizes to a casino on the Oregon Coast.”
